Link indexing on Yahoo Site Explorer has merged into Bing Webmaster Tools. In order to completion of algorithmic transition with Bing, Yahoo has merged into Bing Site Explorer. However we don't know its a good news or a bad news for Webmaster or those who doing SEO in the Outsourcing world.
